Thanks for showing up here on MacZot and for being responsive to our questions!
But I’d already zotted SQLiteManager by the time you answered mine.

Other than being able to access and modify the SQLite files that I found on my Mac, SQLM is a joy to use. Recommended.

Instant gratification! I love it when serial numbers are sent at time of purchase.

I have no idea how good the software is, but I’ve been needing to work with SQLite databases lately and I’m getting sick of the command line.

Looks like CSV, Tab delimited and Custom delimited (besides SQL) are the available options to choose from when importing a db.

If you choose “other” from the import menu you can choose between the CSV, Tab Delimited or Custom Delimited file format. You’ll also be able to specify the encoding of the source data and you will also be able to apply a RegEx to the data imported.

I was just browsing the SQLiteManager doc, and now I’m wondering what is the _appropriate_ file format if you choose “other” from the import hierarchical menu? I was about to give it a spin but in the demo mode import/export/report functions are disabled.
Even so, from what I’ve browsed I’m tempted to buy it in advance…

SQLiteManager is only for sqlite databases… it does not work with mySQL.

Does this work with MySQL databases at all? Sorry if this is an obviously dumb question, I just don’t know enough about the differences yet.
