Some Features to mention
Many Style Variations
You can fine tune your pages with custom colors, images and also set specific layout options. Rapid Ideas themes come with many style variations which can turn a simple RW site into an artistic and personally designed webpage.
Custom Colors
You can choose from a wide range of custom color variations for many parts of the designs. Give your page the exact colors and impression you want.
Mediabox, Shadowbox or Greybox
I am sure you already have found pages which uses “lightboxes” to present media. I chose to feature Mediabox (or MediaboxAdvanced), Shadowbox and Greybox (for older themes) in my designs. These libraries are preinstalled and easy to enable. You can show additional information to the user without opening a new window or redirecting them to another site – and this means: they will stay longer on your site!
Extra Content
In some of the themes in this pack (Drawer, Spatium and Usine) I added my own implementation of “Extra Content”. This means you can add content to additional
parts of the layout. Simply add a slideshow to the header or a stacks page to the footer. The possibilities are endless.
Browser Support
Of course, cross-browser support is always very important to me. At the moment you can be sure your site looks fine on all modern browsers:
Firefox 3.5+, Safari4, IE7, IE8, Opera10
Also almost all themes still support IE6, even though this browser is not officially supported by Rapid Ideas anymore.
Slick Animations
Some people like animations, others don’t. For me, Animation was never just to be cool, it needs to add value to the design. I added discreet menu
animation to Drawer and Spatium.

THE STACKS
Even though there are hundreds of 3rd party stacks out there for the Stacks Plugin for RapidWeaver, we found there are still some productive ones missing.
As with our themes we concentrate our work especially on presenting media. The forworldaid pack contains all stacks we developed so far:
Featured Content
The Featured Content Stack lets you add a nice content rotation section with links and descriptions to your pages.
jCycle
With the jCycle Stack you can create stunning slideshows or rotating banners.
Page Flip
Give your pages a special “wow” with the Page Flip stack
rPlaylist
Ever wished you had a nice HTML5 MP3 playlist player on your site which is very easy to configure? With the rPlaylist Stack you can add your tracks
by simply drag and drop them into RapidWeaver. As the player is using HTML5 it also works great on iDevices like the iPhone or iPad.
SignUp
The SignUp Stack will add a highly customizable newsletter signup form to your pages
Slide Overlay
Create image overlays with nice animations. You can use any content in the overlay layer: images, text, links – whatever you want.
SoundCloud
Sharing audio with soundcloud isn’t only very easy but also very common in the music industry.
You are not bound to a special audio format and the tracks actually are streamed to your page. If you care about security of your audio tracks,
take a look at soundcloud. With the apps available for iDevices, you can even record audio on the go and publish it instantly.
The soundcloud player stack uses HTML5 so your visitors can also listen to your tracks on iDevices.
Some Notes on Support and Updates
Providing customer support is very vital to me. If you need help, you can always contact me and I will get back to you in a short time. Of course I can’t manage Everything, so I don’t provide any support on theme customization in general. For those purposes, RapidWeaver has a very strong community which can be accessed through their user forum. For general requests and help, there also is a special theme forum at my site.
You will also find a very good documentation with each theme. Be sure to check it out whenever you have any questions. The documentation can also be accessed online, which adds additional stuff like screencasts.
So, what about update fees?
As I still update all my old themes (even ones that are about 6 years old!) and add new features to them, I sometimes ask for
a small upgrade fee. I think it is very important to support good old themes and not just letting them go. The web is changing constantly and I don’t like
to sell products that only work for a short period of time.

Who are we
Rapid Ideas started as a private project of Christoph Richardet. Back in 2005 there were only limited themes available for RapidWeaver. My main idea was to bring RW themes to a new level by developing themes which broke the standard look of RW themes. I found that many RW users were very impressed by the possibilities of these themes. The RW community grows with each day adding a big value to the software.
In june 2009 I decided to start my own company in the field of web design and graphics under the name Richardet Design. Our headquarter is located near Zurich, Switzerland

In the past I have almost always spent some amount of my sale of special deals to important organizations. I now decided to make this a constant in my business and will give 10%
of my yearly profits to the Red Cross, Greenpeace and Amnesty International. I think more companies should take care of the world and giving some amount of their income is one step to a better world. I also have set up a site where you can see my
